Cooper Plays Soccer - Game 1

Cooper has always talked about playing soccer. He seems to think it will be his favorite sport and he will be great at it. Since we were starting kindergarten, we decided to try I9 sports. They do not have practice during the week, only for a short time before each game. While I love that concept, I'm not sure it really teaches the kids the skills they need to learn to play the game.

That said, Cooper has had a lot of fun playing. But you can't really tell.
Once warm-ups are done, the kids play for about an hour. We quickly realized Cooper is fast, even if he can't quite control the ball when kicking.

Aggie Girls

Jason & Cooper went to the first Aggie game of the season. While they tailgated and cheered the Aggies on to a win, Bridget and I decided to take a few photos of our Aggie girls.

Caitlin has started doing the "cheese face." I am not a fan, but she's still cute.
Out of all of the photos I took, this was my favorite. I just love her smiles.

September Phone Photos

September flew by with preparations for our vacation, soccer and getting into the routine of school.

We are all very excited for the new Star Wars movie coming out in December.
We spent one Saturday in College Station with Aly & Brielle, while Jason & Cooper went to the Aggie game.
Caitlin discovered one of my old purses and started carrying it around. She packs it full of Little People princesses, pacifiers and her baby. I fear one day someone will try to snatch it, only be sadly disappointed.
We made it to one final Astros game with Aly & Brielle.
It isn't a baseball game without a visit to see Mickey.
I just love these girls!
Silly boy.
I can't believe how long Caitlin's hair has gotten. I love pulling it up, but she absolutely hates it. I'm pretty sure these pigtails lasted 15 minutes.
I complained that Target didn't have many girl items in their Star Wars line. Cindy happened to find Caitlin some pajamas that she loved. She decided to wear them for pajama day at school.
Cooper loves school. It just makes me so happy.
Caitlin got a new Cophia (Sophia) nightgown.
Cooper had his first soccer game.
We've been pretty good about tossing all markers, but Caitlin managed to find one before school one day.
After starting in March, and being delayed due to a break, we finally finished Cooper's bathroom. So glad he loves it!
