Finally created a blog...

So, I finally caved to the "blog" scene. I guess I'm branching out. First myspace...not blogger. I'm not usually an IT fan, because it's out of my element, but...why not. Plus, I'm hoping the addition of a blog will prompt me to cook a wider variety of things, and not just the same old stuff week after week. So, that's my challenge.
